"Almira Pierce, Wife of Abijah Smith, Died, May 5, 1879, Aged 76 yrs." Almira was born, Dec 20, 1802, in Shrewsbury, VT, to Caleb and Abigail Felton Pierce, 6th of eight known children. She married Abijah Smith, and they had three known children.
