"LUCY PIERCE DIED Aug 27 1851 Age 63 yrs." The "Vermont Vital Records, 1720-1908" states Lucy's date of death as "Aug 27, 1858" and 63 years of age. Which makes her birth year, late 1794 or early 1795. She was born to Caleb and Abigail Felton Pierce, fourth of eight known children. No known record of marriage.
